Here they enjoy an exquisite diet composed of this selection of cereals as well as grasses, tubers, roots and other natural resources.

Our Iberian pigs reach a weight of between 90kg and 100kg at the beginning of October when the montanera begins, the moment when the acorns fall and which they feed on exclusively until they reach an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage.

The profiling of these pieces of 100% Iberian Bellota Ham is meticulous and strict, providing the product with homogeneity.

It has a pink, fluid and melting fat on the outside that fills the mouth with intense and prolonged nuances.
