100% Iberico Salchichon

100% Iberian Bellota Cular Salchich�n | Product obtained from the best meat from our own 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth. They spend the first stage of their life on a farm, feeding on natural cereals produced in our facilities until they reach a weight of between 40kg and 50kg, when they reach the pastures. There they enjoy an exquisite diet made up of the aforementioned selection of cereals, grasses, tubers, roots and acorns, reaching a weight of between 90kg and 100kg at the beginning of October when the montanera begins, the moment when the acorns fall and which they feed on exclusively until they reach an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage.

This 100% Iberian Bellota Cular Salchich�n is made respecting the oldest recipe of our grandparents to preserve the legacy of the authentic, the natural flavour. The meat is selected with special care and attention, leaving a minimum amount of fat before coarsely chopping it.
