Castelvetrano Olives are Italy�s preferred snack olive, chosen three to one over the next olive. These bright green gems, are a truly exceptional snack. Memorable and hard to find, Castelvetranos are produced exclusively in Castelvetrano, Sicily, from the olive variety known as nocellar del belice. Sogno Toscano partnered with a family in Sicily that produces some of the highest quality Castelvetrano Olives in the region. Sometimes referred to as the �rich man�s black olive,� they are easily recognized by their distinctive bright green hue and meaty, buttery flesh.
