Callebaut Dark Crispearls are small, shiny, dark chocolate pearls with a crunchy, toasted biscuit kernel on the inside. They are made from 84% chocolate, a minimum of 50.2% cacao, and 15% crunchy interior. The crunchy core of every pearl lasts, too, even in liquid-based interiors such as mousses and ice creams.
