Curry Powder Madras SM

Madras Curry Powder from Rocky Mountain Spice is a milder version of the classic curry served in Indian restaurants throughout the western hemisphere. It is great for Southern Indian-style dishes, as well as rice, soups, and dressings. It is slightly sour and mildly spicy and contains cumin, salt, turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, mace, ginger, cayenne pepper, Colman's Mustard, and cinnamon.
