Danish Blue Cheese 6lb
In Copenhagen's Rosenborg Royal Castle, King Christian IV was known for offering fine cheeses at his sumptuous banquets. Today, four centuries later, anyone can live like a king when they taste this well-crafted "Danablu" that gets its name from the king's former residence.
First produced in 1927, traditional Danish Blue is the classic, full-strength cheese in the Rosenborg family. It is made using homogenized milk, which helps create a piquant sharpness with a salty kick that King Christian might have called the "blue bite".
Milk: Cow's
Origin: Denmark
