Gray Sea Salt Coarse SM

Grey sea salt is harvested on Noirmoutier Island in the deep, Atlantic waters off the Brittany coast. A maze of creeks leads to natural clay flats where the action of sun and wind evaporates the seawater. Deposits of grey sea salt are left behind.
