Harvest Squash Ravioli

Pappardelle's Pasta's Harvest Squash Raviolis are an autumn blend of ingredients that includes butternut squash, pumpkin, onion, ricotta cheese, and hazelnuts contained in sage and parsley flecked dough made from high-quality durum flour.

Ten pound cases of Harvest Squash Ravioli yield 150 pieces with a manufacturer's suggested serving size of six pieces (25 servings per case). Each ravioli is approximately 2.25 inches by 2.25 inches with a cooked weight of eight ounces. All raviolis cook in nine to 11 minutes from frozen.
