Mint Chip Ice Cream Pints

Boulder Ice Cream is an all natural, super-premium ice cream made at the base of the Flatirons in Boulder, Colorado. They do not use industrial, in-line freezers and opt to freeze with a slow-churn, process rotation. This means creamier, richer, and smoother ice cream that contains 16 to 18 percent butterfat with an air content that averages 25 percent.

Boulder Ice Cream is also a green company that offsets 100 percent of their electricity usage with wind power. Part of the local community's zero waste program, their goal is to divert 90 percent of all waste away from landfills.

In pint sizes, Boulder Ice Cream offers seven all-natural and seven organic flavors. Their All-Natural Mint Chocolate Chip is natural peppermint ice cream filled with chocolate chips.
