Morels Dried

Domestically produced, these spongy, honeycomb shaped morels (the mushroom pictured farthest to your right) are larger in size than the imported morels (pictured farthest to your left.) They are thin walled and carry a more profound, earthy, smokey flavor than the imported morels.

Suggestions: Domestic morels are ideal for use in stuffing and fillings. For use in sauces, try the stronger flavored, imported variety.
