Frozen Moulard Duck Magrets are duck breast filets from first choice Moulard ducks. Raised on Rougie's Canadian farms, they are raised on 100 percent corn according to the traditional French process employed by Rougi�.

A healthy and tasty alternative to red meat steak, simply that moulard duck breasts for two hours, sear skin-side in a pan on high to medium heat until crisp, remove fat, and then turn meat side down and sear again.
