Made of 90% raspberries and 10% sugar, Boiron's Raspberry Puree is proportionally tart and sweet. Use it as a flavorful ingredient in a wide range of creations including sorbets, mousse, pastries, sauces, vinaigrettes, and specialty cocktails.

Origin: A mix of raspberries (including the Willamette variety) are grown in Serbia and are processed in France.
